Policy regarding DEI

I. Increase female student enrollment:
Goal: Increase the enrollment rate of female students in the aviation management program

II. Scholarship assistance for female students
Goal: Secure funding to provide 5 scholarships specifically for female students in the aviation management program

III. Industry advisory board inclusion
Goal: Appoint at least 2 women to the industry advisory board

IV. Scholarship assistance for less privileged and physically challenged students
Goal: Secure funding to provide 3 scholarships for less privileged and physically challenged students in the aviation management program.

V. Diversity, Equity, & Inclusivity (DEI) Responsible Officer:
Goal: Appoint a dedicated DEI responsible officer in the college campus environment that supports all community members, regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, religion, or background, including members that are physically challenged.
