Numerous investment opportunities abound within the College environment. Her doors are wide open to investors from within and outside the Nigerian borders. We welcome proposals from investors in the following areas:
Charter Flights.
The College has a fleet of three airconditioned and well furnished Beechcraft Baron 58 aircraft that can be operated for charter flights at cheap rates. Its fleet of single engine aircraft (Tampico TB9 and TB20) can be employed in conducting sight seeing (aerial views) flights.
Flying Club.
Individuals who aspire to fly for the fun of it but cannot withstand the rigors of intensive flight training can have their dreams fulfilled at the club, with the opportunity to train up to PPL level at their own pace
Conferences/Seminars/Workshops.
With modern hostel facilities and an ultra modern auditorium complex under construction, hosting of landmark events can become a reality
Maintenance of Light & Medium Sized Aircraft.
The College’s 3rd Hangar has been designated by the Federal Government of Nigeria as a national hangar for the maintenance of light and medium sized aircraft (both fixed and rotary wing).
The hangar will be available for own and third party aircraft maintenance as soon as its facilities are rehabilitated. Partnerships in the following areas are most welcome:
- Turbo-prop engine overhaul
- Piston Engine overhaul
- Airframe repairs
- NDT inspections
- Overhaul of avionics equipment
- Scheduled & unscheduled maintenance of light & medium sized aircraft
There is sufficient space for aircraft and aircraft component manufacturers to equip, and make the NCAT third Hangar an approved maintenance center of International Standard.
Helicopter Training and Land Utilisation.
Interested organizations could enter into partnership with the College for the commencement of Helicopter training for both pilots and engineers.
Jet Simulator Training.
Arrangements are being made by the College to acquire a 737 Jet Simulator for recurrency training of pilots. Simulators will also be used for Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) training.

Contemporary government policies are investor friendly. Investors are encouraged through incentives, to take advantage of potential opportunities. Such incentives include:
- Tax Holidays
- Import Duty Waiver on training materials/equipment
- Logistic support
- Free land Utilisation for development within the College environs.
